Output screenshots to repo root docs/screenshots; move screenshot-catalog.json

Summary

• Change OUTPUT_ROOT from local screenshots-output/ to ../../../../docs/screenshots/ (repo root, not submodule)
• Move screenshot-catalog.json to the same docs/screenshots/ folder in the parent repo
• Screenshots are now committed in the parent repo (AngularNetTutorial) and render correctly on GitHub

Test plan

• Run npx playwright test --project=screenshots — confirm images land in AngularNetTutorial/docs/screenshots/
