docs(journeys): shorten sidebar titles

Description

Shorten the sidebar labels for the five Journey pages so the navigation reads as concise nouns/verbs instead of full sentences.

Key Changes

• journeys/open-multi-currency-account.mdx: "Open a multi-currency account" → "Open multi-currency account"
• journeys/deposit.mdx: "Make a deposit" → "Deposit"
• journeys/withdrawal.mdx: "Make a withdrawal" → "Withdraw"
• journeys/swap.mdx: "Execute a swap" → "Swap"
• journeys/transfer.mdx: "Make a transfer" → "Transfer"
