Fixed drawing problem by adding 'pygame.display.update()' in Viewer draw method. Fixed closing issue by changing the while loop in if __name__ == '__main__'

Added controller cobject to handle user input, pan and zoom functions in model to zoom in/out and pan the view laterally. Controler object zooms with scrolling and pans with mouse dragging.
