Fixed the mobile rating overflow in the topmate card

Description

Constrain rating section within box boundaries by adding overflow control and flex layout adjustments to prevent stars from escaping the white card container on mobile view.
Fixes #1537

Changes Made

Added overflow constraints:
overflow-hidden - Prevents content from escaping the rounded borders
w-full - Ensures the container takes full width
min-w-0 - Allows proper flex item shrinking on mobile
Rating Stars Section - Enhanced mobile responsiveness:

Added gap-1 for proper spacing between elements
Added flex-wrap to allow stars to wrap if needed
Added justify-start sm:justify-end for correct alignment (left on mobile, right on desktop)
Added flex-shrink-0 to individual Star icons to prevent unwanted shrinking
Added min-w-0 to the rating container to respect parent width constraints
