Adds DATETIME_FILTER_OPTIONS to pulpcore.plugin.viewsets alongside the existing NAME_FILTER_OPTIONS and NULLABLE_NUMERIC_FILTER_OPTIONS so plugins can use the shared list of supported lookups for datetime filters. Assisted-By: claude-opus-4.7
