Our gdb support has gotten spotty over the years. Remove built in humility support.
We haven't really used this in a long time and there is a good chance it's probably broken.
Once agian, has not been used in an extended amount of time.

I originally proposed trying to keep gdb/openocd support if possible. The more I look at this code, the less I am certain it works at all and it will not be worth keeping.
