This PR improves clarity on the use of
ownerparameter for the RegisterStash export, the current details have lead people to incorrectly assume it was used for access-control when in fact it's used as a lookup key to facilitate searching when characters are deleted.Along with this change, the instance parameter is being added by @thelindat so is also included into this PR.
