Feature/docs onboarding cleanup

Description

I went through the Onboarding.md file and made some small updates to improve clarity and formatting. I cleaned up the wording, fixed a few inconsistencies, and made the setup instructions easier to follow. There are no dependencies for this change.

How Has This Been Tested?

I reviewed the document after making changes to make sure everything reads clearly and flows better. I also checked that formatting (headings, bullet points, and spacing) is consistent throughout.
