In this PR, we're upgrading to the latest BCM2835 library version. We assessed API Compatibility with all four critical GPIO functions (bcm2835_init(), bcm2835_gpio_fsel(), bcm2835_gpio_write(), bcm2835_gpio_lev()) and no significant or breaking changes were identified.
