Translate search boost docs to es, fr, zh

Summary

Mirrors the changes from #5562 (search boost feature) into the Spanish, French, and Chinese translations.

• Adds translated optimize/search-boost.mdx for es/, fr/, and zh/.
• Adds the boost frontmatter ResponseField to the translated organize/pages.mdx files.
• Adds the navigation.groups[].boost schema entry to es/organize/settings-reference.mdx and fr/organize/settings-reference.mdx (the zh settings-reference is abbreviated and does not contain the corresponding navigation.groups section, so it was left unchanged).
• Mirrors the docs.json structural changes in es.json, fr.json, and zh.json: boost: 2 on the Get started group, boost: 0.5 on the Changelog group, and the new optimize/search-boost page added to the Optimize group.

Adds translated optimize/search-boost docs in Spanish, French, and Chinese, explaining how the boost multiplier affects Mintlify’s internal search ranking.

Updates the ES/FR/ZH navigation JSON to include the new page and to demonstrate group-level boost values (e.g., boosting “Get started” and de-boosting the changelog). Also extends the ES/FR schema/frontmatter references to document boost on pages (frontmatter) and navigation groups (navigation.groups[].boost).
