…, --build_index option Reorganize the per-year HTML index so each deployment is presented as a named section: an <h2> header showing the deployment name (read from the .dlist file) with thumbnails for all its plots on a single table row. Deployment names are stored in the id attribute of each <h2> so they are recovered correctly on incremental re-runs. Add --build_index flag to rebuild the index from existing HTML files without regenerating plots; --force with either --build_index or normal processing clobbers the existing index and starts fresh. Fix ordering bug where the archiver copied a stale quick_look_plots.html before _update_index_html had written the updated version.
