Unfortunately a manual run of the generation action against https://github.com/googleapis/google-api-java-client-services/pull/31118/changes ended up with a7acc0e, which transferred the changes directly. This PR reverts the changes and additionally tries code-suggester v5

The release notes of code-suggester v4.1.0 show that the changes will be batched.
