J'ai rajouté un service httpbin pour avoir un réponse HTTP valide sur l'envoi des notif slack. Avec la valeur par défaut d'envvar
SLACK_URLle client HTTP déclenchait une exception ce qui empêchait l'envoi du mail._resolves #2172
