I used sepolia-dev here because that's what the cli uses:
Available deployment environments:
• sepolia-dev - Ethereum Sepolia testnet (dev)
I can reword to indicate the sepolia-dev environment on the Sepolia testnet if you think that's clearer?

If it matches the cli, keep as is. We have two sepolia deployments for ecloud, internally we refer to them as sepolia-dev (internal use only, has llm-proxy support), and sepolia-prod (public sepolia deployment, does not have llm-proxy). Just want to make sure everything aligns.
