Use dict[str, Any] for capture_live_llm_query_evidence bundle param so test_dashboard_builder_e2e.py invocations with concrete dict[str, list[...]] fixtures no longer trigger basedpyright reportArgumentType errors. Resolves verifier signature: changed-test-lsp-dict-invariance
Closes #32. Verifier evidence: docs/agents/evidence/issue-32-pr-36.yaml. Approval mode: bypass_approval (workflow runtime override).
Add a focused E2E target case that proves the existing Analyst Approval gate refuses Chart Spec authoring for the deterministic 2026 engineering- budget governed query result, and that approval unlocks a bar Chart Spec using MK006 as the budget value field. * tests/skill_scripts/test_query_approval_chart_spec_e2e.py exercises both author_chart_spec and create_dashboard_chart_draft so neither wrapper can silently weaken the QUERY_RESULT_NOT_APPROVED gate (AC1-AC5). * docs/agents/e2e/test-case-catalog.yaml adds the E2E-003 entry pointing at issue #33 with status in-progress until the fresh pr_verifier records the evidence packet. Worker self-checks only; final acceptance belongs to a fresh pr_verifier per docs/agents/autonomous-development-workflow.yaml.
