The Ubuntu tag "26.04" does not exist in the "mirror.gcr.io" or Docker Hub registries. Ubuntu LTS releases follow a biennial cycle (20.04, 22.04, 24.04), and "26.04" is not a released version. This change will cause the Docker build to fail immediately as the base image cannot be pulled.
