Hi, Thanks for your interest in contributing to CellProfiler! This seems to be a rather large diff for what you describe as a small change. Can you limit your diff to only the necessary change? Also, the error described is not currently reported and would be unusual to happen stochastically- can you tell us a bit more and include a full stack trace? |

Added re-try for "UnboundLocalError: local variable 'y_data' referenced before assignment"
This annoying error happens randomly with multiple workers and not specific to an invididual image to catch any that throw e.g. "index 634465 is out of bounds for axis 1 with size 2160 (size of image)" errors leading to unassigned y_data. Context: I'm running CP4-Cellpose in its own env (CP==4.2.6, cellpose v4) on MacOS M5max
