before acam guiding status was updated
and improves the MAD scatter computation with an early exit
fix: Sequence::camera_set could not always set wait_state
* adds more keys to message_keys.h * centralizes fits header keys in fits_header_defs.h (defined-only, not fully utilized yet) * fixes empty motion broadcast string

This adds updates to the ZMQ listener when a subscribed sequencer message comes in for the state
The UI on the top left updates to the current state of the sequencer
