Bumps the
@azure/functions-extensions-basedependency so as to align with the version used in@azure/functions-extensions-bloband@azure/functions-extensions-servicebus. Otherwise, versions of@azure/functions-extensions-bloband@azure/functions-extensions-servicebususing@azure/functions-extensions-base@0.3.0will not function correctly due to theResourceFactoryResolversingleton that's intended to be shared across@azure/functionsand@azure/functions-extensions-blob/servicebuspackages.
