Added a merger class that merges EN course root files into our ATTPCROOTv2 unpacked root files.
It also checks TS synchronization between both daqs.
Although this compiles and there seems to not be any merge conflict, I believe the test macro crashes without the changes from the main RCNPAnalysisBranch.
