`wgpu-native` no longer behind

Hey,

I noticed that there is a bold notice in the readme about wgpu-native not implementing the stable headers yet. There has been a bump and release, the headers are now only a couple of commits behind.

I believe the call for contributors (and perhaps maintainers?) is still valid.
