TypeError: Cannot read property 'ignoreDsr' of undefined

trying to follow the example at https://app.userapp.io/#/quickstart/angularjs/nodejs/frontend/project-type/existing/

I get the error "TypeError: Cannot read property 'ignoreDsr' of undefined" : I do have login as a state

 $stateProvider.state('login', {
            "name": "login",
            "url": "/login",
            "templateUrl": "app/components/user/login.html",
            login: true,
            params: {
                login: true
            }
        });

am I missing something ?
