docs: consider linking community Windows guide from README

A community member shared a Windows-focused Claw Code guide and asked whether it should be added to the repository README:

• Other CLI agents

This should not be blindly copied as official truth, but it is a useful docs contribution candidate. Suggested narrow scope:

• review the guide for current Claw Code behavior and unsafe/obsolete advice
• add a README link under a community guides / Windows guide section if it passes review
• clearly label it as a community guide unless/until content is absorbed into official docs
• prefer linking rather than duplicating the whole guide in README
• make sure any provider/API-key examples use redacted placeholders and do not encourage committing secrets
