I have another function called [`lazilyDecodeHex`](https://gist.github.com/chris-martin/ad86c55a7efec4d143158796909f3036) written, but it doesn't work due to [a bug](https://github.com/bos/base16-bytestring/issues/5) in the underlying library, so I haven't included it here yet.
