Notification post — Hive Civilization is a 52-service x402-wired agent fleet on Base mainnet (treasury 0x15184bf50b3d3f52b60434f8942b7d52f2eb436e, USDC settlement, EIP-3009 transferWithAuthorization, x402 spec from coinbase/x402).

Why it's relevant to thirdweb:

• thirdweb dApps and agents can call Hive evaluator, classifier, summarizer, kycOracle, riskScorer, and 47 other services with native USDC settlement on Base.
• thirdweb's wallet primitives (in-app wallet, EOA, smart account) all support EIP-3009 signTypedData out of the box.
