[Bug] The "About" windows is showed in wrong size and can't be resized on Windows

It looks OK on Windows 11.

It also looks OK on Ubuntu AppImage and deb package.

I've pushed a new commit that makes this dialog size to its content.

I'm using two monitor setup, 4k with 150% scale, 2k with 100% scale, this might be the reason we get different result? DPI scaling issue?
