is it possible to use rkdeveloptool v1.32 to create rkxx_loader_vx.xx.xxx.bin file like boot_merger v1.2 from rkbin does?
I was trying to use this config.ini for rkdeveloptool pack but it crash:

boot_merger with the same config.ini from above works fine:

Info:Pack loader ok.
Can you please explain the difference between this two tools and its functionalities and how I could create rkxx_loader_vx.xx.xxx.bin using open-source alternatives if it's possible?
