error ERR_REQUIRE_ESM following instructions in Getting Started

Following instructions in Getting Started results in:

Error [ERR_REQUIRE_ESM]: require() of ES Module purescript-book/exercises/chapter2/output/Test.Main/index.js from purescript-book/exercises/chapter2/.spago/run.js not supported.
Instead change the require of index.js in purescript-book/exercises/chapter2/.spago/run.js to a dynamic import() which is available in all CommonJS m
odules.
