Background is the Twitter-list of PHP-Usergroups @DragonBe is providing (https://twitter.com/DragonBe/lists/php-ug) (IIRC Cal Evans has one as well). It would be great to have a mechanism that scans those lists, filters out the duplicates and notifies the respective owner of differences.
