Some tests don't work well (Don't throw an error)

According to #330, tests/travis should be throw an error.

I got same issue in #329 (if I try to invert the code .throw() with .not.throw(), i don't got an issue but i should got one).

And : #332 should be red/has failed but the checks have passed. :(

Maybe anonymous functions don't work with must
