same file appearing appearing evrywhere

Describe the bug

I scroll down to check the mods on one of my instances, and sees that a file named "Icons v.1.13.2.zip.rpo" appears multiple times. I scroll all the way down, and when I scroll up, It has replaced all mods and files so I have to reload the app to see some of the top mods, all others are just "Icons v.1.13.2.zip.rpo". Also, the bug is only happening on that instance

Steps to reproduce

1. go to an instance
2. scroll to the bottom of all mods and others
3. scroll up again.

It may not work for you because it only happend to one of my instances.

Expected behavior

I thaught that I would see all the mods and "Icons v.1.13.2.zip.rpo" 1 time, not 500

Hi, can you please export your instance as a mrpack in the instance settings and upload it here?

I tried but It just says:
Error
File type .mrpack not supported. See the documentation for supported file types.

Also the instance was originaly modpack i found on the "discover content" tab
