[Feature request]Add a --user/-u option to run as an administrator account

Hi, we have two users on Windows : a standard user and an admin user.

Can you please add a --user (-u) option to be able to run a command as the admin user ?

Scenario when this would be used?

My current user is not allowed to run sudo :

PS C:\> sudo cmd
You are not allowed to run sudo
PS C:\>
