Add a class to get/set and load/save analysis parameters.

Can we add a class that will get/set and load/save (to the zarr file) analysis parameters such as:

'extendHead' : int = 4
'spineWidth' : int 6
'tracing radius' : int = 4

Variable names are just examples (might be different strings).

Something like this. The problem is, where do we instantiate this class in the backend?

I might be able to shed some light on how the current implementation works. Currently, each segment has a separate radius, and each spine has its own spineWidth, and extendHead with defaults specified in the typed dictionary. This allows us to have segments with differing widths in the future. We can enforce width constraints by enforcing them in the mutation class. For example, we can set all segments across all time points to the same width.
