Gnome system monitor does not respect dark theme

I've encountered a strange bug: the Gnome system monitor isn't displaying the dark theme, even though the system-wide theme is set to dark. I tried reinstalling the entire system, thinking it might be an update issue to LM 22.3, but the problem persists.
