Please Enable IP_SET on VIM4/3/X kernel configs

Hi there,

I notice that IP_SET is disabled in the configs - can this please be enabled
```
khadas@Khadas:/lib/modules$ cat /boot/config-5.4.180 |grep IP_SET
# CONFIG_IP_SET is not set
```
