When I visit the hypercharge.net admin panel, to view my transactions (sankyudemo), I can't see the notification url, neither will the notification url be called by the backend. I set the notification just like you describe it in the docs:

In the administration panel it says:
mode test
status approved
...
reconciled_at [EMPTY]
notification_url [EMPTY]
return_success_url [EMPTY]
return_failure_url [EMPTY]
finalized_at [EMPTY]
[EMPTY] means there is no value
