Update the readme for heroku-container-registry

Hi there, I'm new to docker and I'm trying to create a ruby project on Heroku using it. I'm a little bit confuse with the heroku plugin that is now heroku-container-registry and the dockers images that have heroku-docker documentation.

For example, I cannot find the init command and how to launch docker-compose.
