It would be extremely helpful to see this in the UI, as to not duplicate work, add duplicate comments, pile-on, etc. Current UI view:
I'm not saying this needs to be a huge feature, just a "3 comments on github.com" link or something would be very helpful. Note that these aren't review comments, just one-the-PR comments, which doesn't seem to be what the current known issues intended to address. IMO, this count should be shown regardless of if the person has reviewed. It's likely more important for those who haven't hopped in a PR yet.
