Hello!

I did not think on communicating the info, preferring to leave it to Gnome Software or whatever the cool kids use these days
The MESA warning seems out of scope...

The warnings are because of a single components: All views are children of a Gtk.Stack which shuffles them around.
I get these popping up whenever i employ one, but have no clue how to fix this. ´
This may be fixed once we get more experience with Gtk, but it does not seem to interfere with the app in GUI or usage in any manner, so for now it is ignored.

Leaving this open, so the day it is fixed it can be closed properly

A motivation for communicating the version within the application itself could be that it makes possible to determine a version mismatch that is due to an outdated MetaInfo file on the flahub.org side.

Oh! Thats fair, though unlikely
I am the one who maintains both Flathub and Appcenter manifests, so if there is an update it goes on both sides
Flathub is also really nice in that there is a bot that auto-PR when it detects new releases, and nags at me

Will consider it, though.

If you ever decide not to communicate the version within the application itself, I do know that you are in the best position, if anyone, to judge.
