[Caution] Latest build squid 4.14 is NOT working

I take me much time to figure out new version is actually not working with proxy authentication.

For those that want quick solution, use old version 3.5.28 from dilalele

Version number mismatch in Windows build (shows v4.14 instead of v7.1)

Description

I’m using the v7.1 build of Squid for Windows.
While the squid.exe itself reports version 7.1, the version number shown in the “About” dialog and in the “Programs and Features” (Add/Remove Programs) list still shows v4.14.

Also, I noticed that v7.3 has been released as the latest version of Squid.
If you are planning to create a Windows build for v7.3, please update the installer version information as well.
