Update Splice Daml stdlib links

Summary

• Replace migrated Splice Daml API reference links that still pointed at docs.daml.com/daml/stdlib.
• Point those references at the migrated Daml standard-library pages under /appdev/reference/daml-standard-library.
• Preserve hash anchors where the migrated target page exposes the same anchor; use page-level Prelude links for old anchors that are not present in the migrated output.

Validation

• rg -n 'docs\\.daml\\.com' docs-main returns no matches.
• Checked retained standard-library hash anchors used by the Splice Daml pages resolve to spans in the migrated target files.
• git diff --cached --check passed before commit.
