No way to set tooltips for ports

There is no way to set tooltips/names for inlets and outlets in plugdata using pdlua

So far, we aim to add features that can be implemented across pd-vanilla, purr-data and plugdata.

I can add a system to set custom tooltips for any object on the plugdata side, but extending the lua api for a plugdata exclusive feature is probably not the best way to do it
