Ticketer Cloud is our built-in transcript storage system that automatically saves your tickets securely and makes them accessible at any time.
It allows you to store, view, and manage ticket transcripts outside of Discord — cleanly structured and easy to share.
Ticketer Cloud stores your ticket transcripts as structured web pages instead of raw text files or Discord logs.
Whenever a ticket is closed, Ticketer generates a transcript and uploads it to the cloud, where it can be accessed via a unique link.
This makes it much easier to:
- Review past conversations
- Share transcripts with others
- Keep a reliable record of support activity
When a ticket is closed:
- Ticketer collects all messages from the ticket
- A structured transcript is generated
- The transcript is uploaded to Ticketer Cloud
- A link is created and saved
You can access these transcripts anytime through the dashboard or via the generated link.

You can access your transcripts in multiple ways:
- Through the Dashboard
- Via links sent after ticket closure
- Through logging channels (if enabled)
Each transcript is tied to a specific ticket and server.
By default, transcript links are accessible to anyone who has the link.
Make sure to only share transcripts when appropriate, especially if they contain sensitive information.
We recommend:
- Sharing links only with trusted users
- Avoiding public posting of sensitive transcripts
- Setting a transcript password in the Transcript Settings
Ticketer Cloud is available on both free and Pro plans. Free users can store up to 50 transcripts for free, while Pro users can store up to 500. You can purchase additional storage at 1$/1000 transcripts.
