Dependency conflict `mdbom` and `mkdocs-material`

mdbom requires jinja2 in 2.x.x whereas mkdocs-material requires 3.x.x

Update as I was implementing it - still not resolved. I was using another theme - solved.
Seems like mdbom is not really maintained?!

It is but from my understanding btw upgrading jinja2 is not easy as it comes from another dependency.
