Some icons don't refresh state when websocket target becomes available

I have a second PC from which I stream, and use OBS websocket to control it. Most of the time the PC is asleep, but I use WoL to wake it up before I start streaming. When I do so, the "Toggle Streaming" icon properly refreshes its state to become available, but "Toggle Recording" and "Toggle Replay" do not. If I restart StreamController they become available, or even if I drag the icons to a new button they refresh.

I have the same issue - all on one machine. When OBS is closed the triangle warning icon appears, when OBS starts the button works but the icon doesn't change.

Specifically it's the mute toggle action that is affected in my case.
