ip映射ip的DNS映射模块转换为loon的，存在语法缺失

用这个插件转换后 存在语法丢失。

转换后写法应为：

91.108.56.100 = 91.108.56.147, use-in-proxy=true

use-local-host-item-for-proxy = true 这个参数对应的是

use-in-proxy=true
