[Bug] Ryujinx Closes Window Yet Remains Open When Exiting Fullscreen

Prerequisites

• I am confident that my issue has not been reported already in open OR closed issues.
• I am able to reliably reproduce the issue on the latest stable or canary version.
• I am not using an unofficial build (Flatpak, Emudeck, etc.).
• I am a silly goose and didn't read these boxes.
• I am a silly goose and DID read these boxes.

Description of the issue

Started happening on 1.3.288, didn't happen on previous versions.

When exiting fullscreen for any reason (hit F11, hit escape to close the game, etc), the window vanishes, and isn't reopenable anywhere. Not in the tray, not in the taskbar, yet the game and Ryujinx continue running in the background.

Reproduction steps

1. Open any game in fullscreen
2. Exit fullscreen

pretty sure this is because Avalonia.Platform.Screen is nullable for some reason.
