[ENHANCEMENT] Add search functionality to the chat panel

Currently, the chat panel lacks a text search feature (I didn't find the search icon, and pressing Ctrl+F didn't show anything either). It is difficult to locate specific information or previous discussions within long, multi-turn conversations.

All users, especially when handling complex tasks with extensive chat histories.

Desired behavior (conceptual, not technical)

Add a search ico or support for standard search shortcuts (Ctrl + F) within the Roo Code panel to allow users to quickly find and jump to specific keywords.
