Denote non-resonant last steps in schemes #96

Description

@Reinhard-Heinke

In some cases and for people new to the field, it might not directly be clear if a last step goes into an auto-ionizing state, or is a brute-force high photon density laser (typically 532nm Nd:YAG SHG). E.g., https://rims-code.github.io/schemes/hg/hg-002/, but also a lot more schemes employ this. It might make it easier to somehow specifically denote this last step as non-resonant, and specifically not draw a line at its end, implying an actual state.
