Update ESGF URLs

A number of changes are underway, with some URLs that require updates. At this moment, we have the ESGF landing page on the PCMDI website https://pcmdi.llnl.gov/software/ESGF/index.html.

Updating
CEDA: https://esgf-ui.ceda.ac.uk/search
DKRZ: https://esgf-metagrid.cloud.dkrz.de/search/cmip6-dkrz/

Any other updates?

Edit: It was already pointing to the right URL but it was still labeled as "COG".

I don't believe so. I stood up this page, so in the case that we had an aims2 outage, we could toggle out URLs and redirect folks easily
